Spargan Authorities

In an effort to keep peace and unity across the human population of Sparga, the fortress cities have combined their police forces into a single authority. Operating almost as a military, the SPF attempts to keep order and peace across the planet.  Their elite forces are called Judges, and have "elevated authority" to protect human civiliation on Sparga. 

Hates: Criminal organizations.

Allies: Corporations. Fortress city governments. 

"It's Complicated": The Coalition. They respect the shared mission of keeping order, they don't like when they attempt to claim vestigial authority over Sparga.
